2 days ago my wife have a birthday and Im present to her watch but they was already broken. I was waiting for an order more than it should. On the website dates were established from two days to a week, but I waited for two weeks, despite my phone call to your company to say that it was needed last week. When the order came, I was billed the wrong amount. They dont have arrow and clock face has been crashed .My wife bought them in your web site supergoods.com. I am disappointed because I can’t use it.I should be grateful if your company could send me replacement and money for the moral damage as soon as possible. I look forward to your reply and resolution to my problem.
